Statement on Fraudulent Investment Schemes Misusing the Pony.ai Name

Pony.ai has been made aware of fraudulent websites and Telegram accounts using the Pony.ai name, official images, video footage and company information without authorization. Some of these websites use domain names containing “aiponyhk.”

The operators of these websites and accounts have set up purported “investment bots” and “customer service” accounts, falsely claiming to offer investment opportunities connected with Pony.ai. They promise high returns and ask individuals to transfer Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.

These websites, accounts and investment offers are fraudulent. They are not operated, endorsed or authorized by Pony.ai and have no connection with the company.

For the avoidance of doubt:

  • Pony.ai does not offer investment or wealth management products or services, solicit funds from the public, or conduct cryptocurrency transactions.
  • Pony.ai has not authorized any individual or third party to offer investments, raise funds or conduct cryptocurrency transactions on its behalf.
  • Pony.ai does not conduct business or contact users for commercial purposes through Telegram.
